We do not sell, share, or reuse this data outside of your specific campaign. 

It is stored securely and used exclusively for your account. 

You, as the client, remain the Data Controller and are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawfully collected this data and obtained all necessary consents for us to contact these leads via SMS for re-engagement purposes in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
